Radio: Sound and ImaginationRadio is a medium that lends itself well to narratives. When creating a story, I first find a particular topic that interests me. Next, I expand it, by doing interviews, collecting research, and organizing my own reflections. Finally, after collecting a jumble of ideas and thoughts, I try to tie it all together in a conclusion that has a unified feel. This leaves me with a specific beginning, a concise ending, and the winding path in between. To hear how this all works, listen to the pieces I've posted below (downloadable in ZIP format). Kentucky TheaterIn this piece, I head into the heart of Lexington, KY to find out what exactly makes this unique theater tick.
